We will support your child every step of the way in learning how to ski, whilst providing a safe and fun environment to do so.
Our commitment and passion for teaching skiing dates back 30 years and our current team of R&J ski and snowboard instructors are fully qualified and ready to welcome your child.
Your child will learn how to adapt to the mountain conditions, wear ski boots and skis for the first time, and play games with friends.
We welcome children from 2,5 years of age.
Reservations started for the ski & snowboard courses organized by the R&J Ski School in Poiana Brasov for the 2024 – 2025 season. Ski lessons for beginners will be held on the private area next to the school / rental center and the Bradul (next to the Capra Neagra cable car) and the advanced ones will be on the Postavarul Massif.
SKI SCHOOL PRICES – Poiana Brasov 2024
1. Between : December 1st 2024 – January 17th 2025 ; January 30th – February 28th 2025 & end of the week December 1st , 2024 – April 30th , 2025
– 1 hr / person: 170 lei ( group 4 + )
– 1 hr / person: 180 lei ( 2-3 pers. same level and age )
– 1 hr / person: 190 lei ( private lesson )
*** rate does not include ski / snowboard equipment and cable transport (for students and instructors)
- The rates are valid only with prepaid reservation with minimum 10 days before ! Prices already reduced by 15%
2. Between : January 18th – January 29th 2025 ; March 01th – April 30th 2025 (from Monday— Friday)
– 1 hr / person: 150 lei ( group 4+ )
– 1 hr / 3 persons: 160 lei / person
– 1 hr / 2 persons: 170 lei / person
– 1 hr / person: 190 lei

- The schedule for ski or snowboard lessons is: 9.00 – 11.00, 11.30 – 13.30, 14.00 – 16.00.
– Upon request, ski lessons can be 3 or 4 hours per day with a break after the first 2 hours of skiing.

“This was my third time getting equipment and lessons from Roxana and Janin. This place is great. It was my 11-year-old daughter’s first experience of skiing and she had 11 hours of private lessons with Patricia, by the end of which she was a pretty competent skier. Patricia is a great teacher and was perfect for my daughter – kind, encouraging but also pushing her students (gently) when they need it. I had similarly good experiences with other teachers for me and my son in previous years. Moreover, the equipment rental is great and the rides to the ski lift very handy! I wouldn’t consider anywhere else in PB. Strongly recommended!”
